Shipping Policy

For your convenience and peace of mind, we ship using registered mail, allowing us to track an order if needed. We also offer an express delivery service for any urgent purchases. This service costs $25.

If you do not receive your order within 14 business days of shipping, please email us from our Contact Us page, or alternatively call us toll-free on 1-866-996-3434.


Return Policy

We endeavor to ensure all your orders reach you in good condition. If however this is not the case, and the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of your affected purchase and shipping charges. Errors may include incorrect orders, defective, or damaged items. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us by email from the Contact Us page, or by phone toll-free 1-866-996-3434 during office hours. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail message.

To ensure you receive the correct refund amount, please return the products as instructed. When returning an item, please ensure it is in its original packaging and has not been opened or used. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will inspect the returned items, and if satisfied we will process your refund back to you.

Please note, whilst we will refund original shipping charges for refunds as a result of our error, we do not for other refunds.

If you are considering a charge-back against your credit card for any reason, please talk to us first. We will do our best to resolve any issues you have with your order.


Exchange Policy

At this time we are unable to process exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible by email from our Contact Us page, or by phone toll-free 1-866-996-3434 during office hours.

Whilst we cannot promise your order can be cancelled, we will endeavor to halt the shipment. Unfortunately once an order has been shipped we cannot edit, modify, or otherwise change the order.


Backorder Policy

If you order any item that is not immediately available for shipment, we will put your purchase request on 'back order'. You will receive an order confirmation and approximate shipment date from our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order.

In the event that your backorder item is part of a multiple item order, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item (pending availability for Immediate shipment), or to ship your order in multiple dispatches.
