Amirol containing the active ingredient amitriptyline is considered a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) type of medication. The medication works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances in the brain to prolong their mood lightening effects and maintain mental balance. It is mainly prescribed to treat depression but some people may also use it to help prevent migraine headaches or certain types of nerve pain.

Amitrip-50 is a tricyclic antidepressant that can be used to relieve anxiety and tension, sleep better and increase energy levels. Some patients use it to treat nerve pain, eating disorders or preventing migraine headaches. Some people even use it to treat bedwetting for kids.

Apo-Clomipramine (Clomipramine Hydrochloride) belongs to a class of medicines referred to as tricyclic antidepressants, and it acts on chemicals in the brain to treat a broad range of conditions, including OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), depression, narcolepsy, panic disorder and chronic pain.

Aropax is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that prevents serotonin from being reabsorbed back into the nerve cells and prolonging the mood lightening effect released by serotonin. It can be used to treat major depression, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress disorder and social anxiety disorder. Some women may even use it to treat premenstrual dysphoric disorder.
