Why don't you need a prescription to sell your products, even though the same products require one over the counter?
Any non-controlled drugs can be legally imported into many countries (including the USA) by individuals for their personal use. Please check our list of countries we do not ship to below. We are an Hong Kong-based company and operate under different laws and regulations. We operate within all regulations and laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and all products have been issued the necessary import and export licenses by the Hong Kong Health Department.
Do I need to have a medical evaluation?
We do not require you to have a medical evaluation, but we do strongly recommend you tell your doctor about all medication you are taking or planning to take, whether it is prescribed or non-prescription. Always consult your doctor before you start a new course of medication.
Are the products that you sell Genuine or Generic?
The pharmaceutical products we supply are all genuine branded products, unless otherwise clearly stated on our website. The packaging may be different to what you are used to. This is due to the fact that we are based in Oceania and source from countries where packaging laws and branding can differ.
Are the products you sell within their expiration dates?
We do not sell prescription medication that is past its expiry date. It would be illegal to do so.
Do you guarantee I will receive my order?
If your order does not arrive with you we will happily refund amount of your purchase. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange a replacement order be sent to you.
Is it legal to order medications like this?
It is legal in most countries including the USA and the UK. If you have concerns please check with your local authorities. We will always let you know if we think there may be a problem with customs in your particular country.
Are the medications you ship the same quality as the ones I buy at the local pharmacy?
We only sell medications manufactured and marketed by leading international pharmaceutical companies. As a result you can be assured of receiving high quality medication.
Will you accept my health insurance as payment?
Unfortunately, We do not have any arrangements with health insurance companies or PBMs (Prescription Benefit Management companies) for prescription medication coverage.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices listed on our website are in US dollars.
What is the shipping fee?
The cost of standard regular airmail (30 days) is $22 per order. We also offer an express shipping service (7-21 days) for $60 which uses EMS couriers aswell as DHL (4-7 days for $85.)
Do you have an express shipping option?
We offer express shipping at a cost of $60 using EMS couriers. Shipping using this service usually takes between 7 and 21 days
Please note that when you select the EMS express shipping option, we must describe the contents of the package on the package documentation, meaning this option is not for those who need discreet packaging.
Also note that selecting the EMS express shipping option does not exclude your items from the risk of being delayed either by customs when leaving Hong Kong, or entering your order's destination country. So whilst our customers usually receive orders within one week when selecting the EMS express shipping option, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee any specific delivery period.
How long does it take to deliver?
Our standard regular airmail takes 30 days, and our express shipping option takes 7-21 days and DHL takes 4-7 days
Will I be liable for international taxes, duties and customs Fees?
Royal Mail and USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient any applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your country's customs authority can provide you information regarding the fees you may be liable for when receiving orders from us. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Do you charge a consultation fee?
We charge our customers no consultation fee.
Do you ship overseas?
We can only ship to the United States
How do I place an order, or re-order a product I've ordered in the past?
To place an order add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, proceed to check out, and follow the instructions provided to complete the transaction.
If you have ordered from us in the past, and would like to repeat a previous order, simply place your online orders in our website directly.
I haven't received an email confirmation of my order and it's been over 24 hours, where is it?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours, after which you should receive your order confirmation. Due to the large volume of emails we send and receive, as well as the industry which we are involved in, some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and email hosts will treat us as spam and block our emails accordingly
Always check your junk and spam folders in case our email has been filtered into one of these. You can also check with your ISP or email provider to ensure they have not blocked our emails.
If you still haven't received your order confirmation, contact us on 1-866-996-3434 and we can check on your order for you.
Why won't you reply to my emails?
As described above, it is possible our email has been filtered into your spam or junk folder. It is also possible your ISP has blocked emails from us completely.

Seasonal and unavoidable delivery delays
Delays of delivery will most likely happened during busy period of the year.
The will most likely happen during Christmas and Easter holidays.
Delays can also occur during unexpected and uncontrollable events, such as weather problem, nation or international events which cause the destination country’s security to be tightened.
Postal strikes and other logistic problem may also cause delays.
We will try our best to put up information regarding these issues when they appear, so our customers are kept up to date.
If you are unsure regarding the whereabouts of your order, just email us and we will help you get the most updated information from the postal service and resolve the problem.
During the above mentioned times, we would like to ask our customers to give the postage service a bit more time to sort out the delivery.

Can my order be sent to the forwarder service address?
We are only responsible for sending out our orders to US residential and workplace addresses.
Such that we cannot be responsible for forwarder addressee and there after arrangements.
