Prothiaden with the active ingredient dothiepin is considered a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). The medication is relatively mild and can be used to treat low levels of anxiety, depression and chronic pain disorders. It can cause drowsiness as a side effect and may be most useful in treating depression in people who are anxious, agitated or suffer from disturbances in sleep.

Fluoxetine has been proven effective in the treatment of alcoholism, anxiety disorders, including sociophobia; diabetic neuropathy, affective, including bipolar disorder; dysthymia, autism, panic attacks, premenstrual syndrome, narcolepsy, catalepsy, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, kleptomania, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorders.

Quetapel is considered an atypical antipsychotic medication containing the active ingredient quetiapine fumarate. It works by correcting the imbalance of certain natural substances which act on the nervous system in the brain. It can help improve concentration, prevent severe mood swings and decrease hallucinations. It is prescribed mainly to treat bipolar disorders, schizophrenia and other similar mental health problems.
