What is Arrow-Amitriptyline?

The medication works by preventing serotonin and noradrenaline from being reabsorbed into the nerve cells in the brain to prolong their mood lightening effect. The tablets were generally used in the treatment of depression in the past but currently they are more commonly used to prevent migraine headaches, certain types of nerve pain and even nocturnal bedwetting in children below 6 years old.
