Some people may also use the medication on their dogs to relieve postoperative pain associated with soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.

How is Carodyl used?
Carodyl is usually given to your pet 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by a veterinarian. The chewable tablets are very popular with pets and can be added to food or fed directly out of the owners hands. Contact a veterinarian for the correct dosage as it will depend on the pet’s weight, their condition and their response to the therapy. The recommended daily dosage is 2mg for every pound of your pet’s body weight.
