What is Clearine Eye Drops?
Clearine Eye Drops containing the active ingredient naphazoline is considered a vasoconstrictor type of medication. It works by narrowing swollen blood vessels in the eyes to reduce eye redness. It can also be used to relieve puffiness, itching and watering eyes due to colds, allergies or eye irritations.

How is Clearine Eye Drops used?
Clearine Eye Drops are usually used once every 4 hours or as otherwise instructed by a health care provider. The amount of drops and length of treatment will depend on the patient's condition and their response to the treatment. Before applying the medication, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid contamination. To apply the eye drops, tilt the head back slightly, pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket, look away from the dropper and squeeze a drop into the eye. Close the eyes and gently press a finger to the inside corner of the eye for at least 1 minute to prevent the liquid from draining. Repeat as necessary for additional doses in each affected eye.
