Tenelia containing the active ingredient teneligliptin hydrobromide hydreate belongs to a class of medications called dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP4) inhibitors. The medication is a new class of antidiabetic medication used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in patients who do not show sufficient improvement achieved through diet control, a proper exercise program and the use of other medications. The drug works by increasing insulin release and suppressing glucagen release to lower blood glucose levels.

Vexazone (Pioglitazone Hydrochloride) 15mg is a diabetes medication. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes (non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus or adult-onset diabetes) in adults. Each packet contains 90 x 15mg tablets. Pioglitazone works by increasing sensitivity to insulin and by preventing the creation of new glucose in the liver.
