Imigran works by narrowing blood vessels around the brain and reducing pain signals from being sent to the brain. It can be used to treat symptoms of migraine headaches such as vomiting, nausea and sensitivity to sound or light. The medication cannot be used to prevent or decrease the amount of future migraine headaches.

Infacol Oral Suspension containing the active ingredient simethicone belongs to a class of medications called anti-foaming agents. The medication works by collecting small bubbles of gas that are trapped in the stomach and intestines to form larger bubbles that are more easily expelled by infants. It is used to relieve abdominal pain (gripe, colic or wind) caused by the infant swallowing air by allowing the trapped air to be passed by burping or passing wind.

Karvea works by blocking the action of certain natural substances that tighten the blood vessels to allow blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. It can be used alone or along with other medications to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and preventing heart attacks and strokes.

Kenadion contains the active ingredient Phytomenadione, also known as Vitamin K1. This is aman-made verison of Vitamin K, and important factor in blood clotting. Some people who require anticoagulants (eg. Warfarin) can have trouble with their blood clotting.
